I just made a purchase, What's next?
You will receive a confirmation email, stating your order has been placed, then once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.
I did not receive a tracking number. Where can I find it?
Please check your spam folder or possibly a search in the search bar for Upchurch merch and it should pop up. In the event, it does not please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, we are currently looking into the best options for international shipping.
Why does my tracking say returned to sender?
Items are returned to the sender due to an incorrect address placed at check out. Please double-check that the address is correct. In the event a mistake was made please email us with the order number and correct address to avoid a major delay in shipping your product.
How often do you restock your items?
We strive to keep the majority of Items in stock but we do offer monthly exclusive releases and limited quantity releases which those items are not to be restocked.

Ryan will not ask for private information, send money requests, or sell meet and greets or tickets to his shows, these are all scams as well.
